I am personally looking forward to wearables that are powered by the sun and will last a lifetime. Such wearables are already being developed and will be ready for the market soon. They will do the following things better than any other device you've ever owned: 1) Be worn all the time and give you an accurate, noninvasive reading of your heart rate, blood pressure and other vital statistics. 2) Be waterproof, so you don't have to worry about them when you're sweating or swimming. 3) Be so small, thin and lightweight that you barely notice you have them on. 4) Run for five years or longer, so you can forget about charging and have a super-accurate and low-cost wearable you can use on every trip, to every amusement park, on every hike and every run. 5) Cost a few hundred dollars, or less, so everyone will be able to afford one.
