I'm no expert, but I'd say that if you are overweight or obese, then get off your couch and get moving – start walking. It has been proven over and over again that exercise is the best way to lose weight. If you've been exercising and still not getting results, it may be that your diet needs to be adjusted. Change eating habits, and make sure you eat enough protein and vegetables each day.
